Festival of Light - Deepavali
Nope, you won’t see any nice colorful pictures here.
Yesterday, my family went to visit a family friend (and family) for Deepavali and I can say that it was great fun to meet up with them. It’s like a whole group of us sitting down and talking about the good ol times when we were neighbors. The havoc that the children created and so forth.
Not forgetting the food too… simple dishes but it was great! But I’ll leave that to another post.
One of the highlights of the day was when my dad’s friend took out a small photo album of old pictures and lo and behold, there I was, with my sisters taken with the family we visited.
Well, it was the good ol times.
Anyway, Happy Deepavali to all my indian friends again.
